The notorious flutter bowls…. If I’m being honest, I love them to the moon & stars and back again times infinity.
You see, I spent 20 years of my life and career as an art dealer. I have no regrets. I met the most incredible people and now have the coolest most interesting friends. I was an art dealer for 20 years specifically because I believed I couldn’t make anything. I remember looking at certain art and wistfully thinking, “If I could make, THAT is what I would want to make…”
Now, I look at my flutter bowls and think, “I can’t believe I can make these!” Because they are exactly what I would want to make if I was an artist ;-)
Martha Jane measures 19 × 17 × 3 inches & has a small scar (Who among us doesn’t?!) on the first petal to the right of her very bottom petal.
* please also note, Martha Jane is ONLY a wall flower. Once I adhere the wall hanging cleat, it can NOT come off.
